that weekend is going to be a bit chaotic for me, im afraid, brother and sister in law just had a baby today very early and small 3lb 11oz and have been imformed that we have to go and see mother and baby in hosp on sun, plus i have an engagement party to go to sat night , so i could be also suffering from alcohol poisoning, typical aint it i want to catch bass and when a trip comes up i cant make it

Boat leaves at 0730 and returns 1630.

First train arrives 0740 which is blinking annoying as I would not get to the boat until 0800 earliest. Last train before gets in earlier (6ish) but takes 8 hours and has massive gaps in the middle of the journey.

Will sort out my travel/ accomodation at weekend. Misses sister lives in Exmouth and is coming up for my Misses birthday this weekend so will ask then.

Might need a lift to boat though please as she lives other end of Exmouth!

Was planing to leave mine at 5, get there for 630ish and get bacon sarnies on board at cafe on the quay ready to go at 7.30. If still on, what time you be down there?

Forecast looking better than earlier in week- 4 later 3 westerlies. Was 4 later 5s Westerlies. Is that too windy? Not that experienced with boat fishing.

Have you heard any different elsewhere about wind predictions.

Stronger wind will make drifting over wreck hard.

Skipper did say phone him Sat pm for last minute confirmation.

Typically the site now says 2 to 3 days before and after Sunday and 4 to 5 on Sunday just when our trip is!

Hope this changes, is that likely to be too windy to sail?

just get a little disheartened when the wind looks bad whenever I plan to go out. Have been really looking forward to going on this trip since it was planned.

Forcast now better, dropping down to 3s but it is a long range forcast so will change, hopefully for the better! Hope it like weather forcast for yesterday, supposidly lots of rain, but ended up very sunny all day!
